Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling of the unit.
Place these wedge-shaped irons alternately for stability. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld the wedges on 4 to 5 points to secure them. These wedges,
custom-made by the user to suit the actual conditions, should have finished contact surfaces for even distribution, ensuring maximum strength.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron is to be strictly no greater than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for accurate leveling. The unit's leveling must adhere to exacting standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Proceed to align the coupling, keeping in mind these essential prerequisites for optimal performance:
1) Ensure that the main power supply is completely turned off.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris or any unwanted materials.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is oversized relative to the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening and motor adjustment.
6) Have a sufficient supply of flat, attachment-free stainless steel gaskets ready. These should cover the motor's foot entirely, avoiding long or thin gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a tight 0.01mm precision (to be provided by the customer).
8) Prepare the bracket as shown in the figure below to support the dial indicator effectively.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet so that the compressor and motor centerlines are closely aligned, observing a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then thoroughly inspect the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for any discrepancies.;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section after verifying the motor's idle operation.
3.3.4 Following successful adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After the initial mechanical run or trial operation, recheck and retighten these bolts.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating element, demands pristine conditions. Any foreign solid or liquid could cause irreversible damage, making it crucial to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet to ensure optimal conditions.
3.3.6 Properly attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, following the PI diagram. Secure these pipelines with an independent bracket, ensuring they do not rely on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its related equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, you can proceed with the much-anticipated compressor operation test.
