This not only heats the materials but also induces evaporation, achieving an efficient recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure precise leveling adjustment.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is expertly leveled, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points. Remember, these wedges should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to specific requirements. Ensure the contact surfaces are expertly finished for seamless contact of inclined
planes. Note that the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not surpass 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to verify the unit's alignment. Adhere to the following leveling standards: the axial level must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Focus on centering the coupling. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Ensure the main power is completely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from foreign objects, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt itself, allowing for loosening when adjusting the motor's position;
6) Secure sufficient flat and attachment-free stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or high-precision laser alignment meter (with 0.01mm accuracy, provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Affix the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to facilitate dial indicator placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By diligently adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts, re-evaluating the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal alignment and "levelness" of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen the bolts, retightening them to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotating component, solid or liquid intrusions can irreparably harm the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requisites. Rectification is mandatory for any non-compliant pipelines. It is recommended to
implement solid-liquid separation equipment (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Comply with PI diagram specifications when fitting relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline linked to the compressor is supported independently by another bracket, preventing strain on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all accompanying equipment is complete, and the concrete base has reached full solidity, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that every component is primed for peak performance, setting the stage for the robust functionality of your system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a seamless and efficient connection, use threading pipes routed underground to link the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring flawless communication and control.
