The ingenious principle behind this technology involves the compression of the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully converts electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the heightened temperature of the secondary steam flows back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials to induce evaporation. Through this cycle, MVR masterfully achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam.

3.3.1 Begin by placing the robust compressor base solidly onto the prepared foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to skillfully adjust the unit level, ensuring a perfect alignment.
Position pairs of wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, spot weld the wedge irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This ensures stability and precision.
The user is tasked with crafting and installing these wedges, tailored to the specific situation. Ensure that the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished, allowing for even and secure contact with the inclined plane.
The bearing strength of each wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The expectations are high: the axial level should be a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level demands an exacting 0.10/1000mm.
The unit's precision is key to its exceptional performance.

3.3.3 Coupling alignment is crucial for optimal operation. Before commencing this intricate process, ensure the following vital steps are complete:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield to access the mechanism.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring no foreign materials or debris compromise its integrity.
5) The motor bolt holes must be slightly larger than the bolts themselves, allowing fine adjustments for perfect motor alignment.
6) Amass a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring they're clean and flawlessly flat. Avoid using overly long or thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or an ultra-accurate laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) to achieve precise alignment.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as detailed in the accompanying diagram.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for installing a dial indicator at the hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor's wheel hub perimeter for precise measurement.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably. The maximum permissible deviation is a mere 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line remains superior to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, meticulously reviewing the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to guarantee flawless operation.Prepare for the subsequent steps with utmost readiness.
12) Following the motor's successful idling test, seamlessly install the coupling's intermediate section to complete the setup.
3.3.4 After achieving optimal alignment and leveling of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Upon completion of mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten the bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller by ensuring that neither solids nor liquids enter, as this could cause irreversible damage. It's critical that all inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any noncompliant pipelines must be suitably rectified.
It is highly recommended to incorporate advanced solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance performance.
3.3.6 During the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensure adherence to the detailed PI diagram for exact installation of all pipeline accessories. The pipelines must rely on separate supports, without imposing any weight on the compressor body itself, ensuring longevity and efficiency of the system.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary apparatus have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has reached full solidity, you are ready to proceed with the comprehensive compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures seamless functionality and prepares your system for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor to ensure efficient operation. Utilize threading pipes for the wiring to maintain a neat, secure connection underground from the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly situated, proceed to seamlessly unite the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring an integrated and robust system setup.
