As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, allowing the recycled steam to re-enter the evaporator. This return journey is pivotal, as it heats the materials within the evaporator to instigate evaporation, thus ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. The process not only boosts efficiency but also champions sustainability by reducing energy consumption.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by seamlessly placing the compressor base onto its foundation. Carefully slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit. These shims ensure stability and precise alignment.
Skillfully position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, and once the unit is flawlessly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should
be expertly crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact across the inclined
plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed the robust threshold of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling using a precision level. The unit's leveling criteria: maintain an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.
These stringent parameters ensure your equipment operates at peak efficiency.

3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Before initiating alignment, ensure the following essential safety measures are adhered to:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely shut off;
2) Safely remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring no debris, dirt, or attachments compromise the surface;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes generously exceed bolt size, allowing for easy loosening and precise motor adjustment;
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These must be impeccably clean, flat, and properly sized. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precise accuracy of 0.01mm (to be acquired independently by the customer);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is crucial for positioning the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with a probe placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By delicately adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines in near-perfect harmony (or as per the provided instructions), ensuring the outer circle's maximum deviation is a mere 0.05mm (position the motor shaft center line above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Upon completion, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and re-check the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to confirm alignment perfection;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, re-install the coupling intermediate section for continued reliability.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical operation (or a trial run), loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure ongoing stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free of any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and compatible with the system's steam corrosion grade. Pipelines not meeting these stringent standards must be promptly rectified. It is highly
recommended to implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with all relevant accessories according to the PI diagram. It's essential that the pipelines connected to the compressor have their own independent support, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it’s time to initiate the exhilarating compressor operation test. This pivotal moment marks the commencement of a new era in efficient operations.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter proximity to the compressor. Utilize an elegantly concealed underground threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the electric control cabinet is expertly positioned, meticulously link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring impeccable connectivity and streamlined operations.
