3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated onto the provided foundation. Ensure precision by utilizing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for meticulous leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving perfect harmony and alignment. Secure these irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points to maintain steadfast stability.
The user's expertise is key in crafting and installing the wedge, tailored to the unique setting. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for flawless engagement.
The inclined plane must bear uniform contact, with each wedge iron enduring no greater load than an impressive 40Kg/cm.2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve unparalleled leveling. The unit's axial level should achieve an outstanding 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling centering with these essential preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety first by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield meticulously;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it remains pristine and free of debris;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to facilitate motor adjustment and secure positioning;
6) Arm yourself with an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets for flawless motor footing. These gaskets must be pristine and robust, avoiding long, thin inserts between motor and base.
7) Precision is key: a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy is essential and should be customer-supplied.
8) Prepare the appropriate bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated below;
9) Utilize the hub mounting bracket for optimal dial indicator positioning on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) Achieve alignment perfection by adjusting motor foot bolts, ensuring compressor and motor center lines align, with minimal deviation of 0.05mm and coupling end face between 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor foot bolts with precision, reviewing both outer circle and end face runout for optimal performance.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, install the coupling intermediate section with confidence and precision.
3.3.4 Once casing 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, anchor bolts should be securely tightened. Following any mechanical operation or trial, a re-tightening is essential for sustained durability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands absolute cleanliness. Any solid or liquid intrusions can lead to irreversible damage. Ensure all pipelines meet steam corrosion system standards, rectifying any anomalies.Solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers, should be strategically placed before the compressor inlet to safeguard its integrity.
3.3.6 For compressor inlet and outlet pipe installation, adhere to PI diagrams for precision. All pipelines should be independently bracketed, avoiding any undue strain on the compressor.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has fully set and hardened, we can proceed with the operational test of the compressor. This stage marks a pivotal moment in our continuous commitment to quality and performance excellence.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically installed within a proximity of 5 meters to the compressor itself. The wiring, crucial for seamless operation, should be meticulously routed via threading pipes and laid underground. Following the installation of the electric control cabinet, ensure the wiring terminals within it are precisely connected to the remote DCS lines, ensuring optimal synchronization and control.
