Consequently, this heightened steam revisits the evaporator, heating the materials and instigating further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by positioning the compressor base precisely on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base.
Alternate the placement of the wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is level, ensure stability by spot welding the irons at 4 to 5 crucial points.
Users should craft and fit the wedges based on actual conditions. The contact surfaces must be precisely finished, ensuring complete and even contact of the inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to achieve exceptional leveling accuracy. The axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure perfect coupling alignment by centering it. Prior to aligning, adhere to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Shut down the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) The motor's bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample high-quality stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Use a precision dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with an outstanding accuracy of 0.01mm (note: customer-provided);
8) Ready a sturdy bracket as depicted in the accompanying figure to support the dial indicator effectively;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft. Ensure the coupling end face deviation remains within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts. Review the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling meticulously for accuracy;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands utmost protection against solid or liquid intrusions, which can catastrophically damage the compressor. Thus, it's vital that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine, adhering strictly to system steam corrosion standards. Any pipeline falling short must undergo immediate rectification. It's highly recommended to equip solid-liquid separation systems, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipeline.

3.3.6 Proceed with the careful installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all pipelines are fitted with appropriate accessories according to the PI diagram. Importantly, pipelines leading to the compressor must be independently supported, without imposing any weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once you've installed the main fan and all related ancillary equipment, and allowed the concrete to achieve full solidification, it's time to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is running smoothly and efficiently, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipes to house the wiring underground. Once the electric control cabinet is secured, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing a robust and reliable electrical system.
