3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to precisely adjust its level. These shims ensure your compressor is perfectly balanced.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieving optimal leveling of the unit. Securely spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
Users must manufacture and install these wedges, tailored to their specific needs. It is crucial that the contact surfaces are meticulously finished, guaranteeing even inclination contact.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for alignment. The unit's leveling requirements are stringent: the axial level must be an exact 0.05/1000mm, with horizontal level precision at 0.10/1000mm.

1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;

6) Have a sufficient supply of robust stainless steel gaskets. They should be uniformly flat and devoid of contaminants. Avoid using lengthy or thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter (customer-provided) with a 0.01mm precision for accurate measurements;
8) Ready a suitable bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the hub's edge, and position the indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation at 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts and rechecking the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision;
12) Following a smooth motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and leveling, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After any mechanical operations or trial runs, it is essential to loosen and retighten these bolts for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller is an integral high-speed rotating component. It is imperative that no solid or liquid enters, as this will cause substantial, irreversible damage. Always ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and conform to the system's steam corrosion resistance standards. Rectify any pipeline discrepancies immediately.It is recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all pipelines align with the PI diagram specifications. Any pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, avoiding any undue weight or stress on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are securely installed, and after ensuring that the concrete has fully solidified, it's time to initiate the operational testing of the compressor. 3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. For optimal safety and efficiency, the wiring that links the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be carefully routed through an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to establish connections by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the corresponding lines at the remote DCS.
