The core principle of this technology is that the secondary steam, created by the evaporator, is effectively compressed using a state-of-the-art, high-efficiency steam compressor. This process adeptly converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, ingeniously heating the materials to stimulate evaporation. This sophisticated procedure ensures the continual recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, epitomizing efficiency in energy use.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is an engineering marvel, meticulously designed to include a robust compressor body, which encompasses the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The entire base of the compressor should be meticulously positioned on its foundation. Underneath, you should strategically place wedge-shaped shims—these are essential for achieving the precise level of the unit.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, carefully spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 distinct points, ensuring stability.
The design and installation of these wedges should align with the user's specific requirements. The contact surfaces must be expertly finished to facilitate even contact of the inclined planes.
The load-bearing capability of these wedges should not surpass 40Kg/cm², ensuring a robust and secure base.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to verify the unit's alignment. The axial level precision should be 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring impeccable setup.

3.3.3 Ensure optimal coupling alignment by following these preparatory steps:
1) First, ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply.
2) Carefully dismantle the coupling shield, revealing the essential components beneath.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for direct access and adjustment capabilities.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or attachments, ensuring a flat, clean surface for precise alignment.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for the necessary adjustments to achieve perfect alignment.
6) Have a ready supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be free of any attachments and flat, avoiding any use of long, thin gaskets.
7) Use either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a high precision of 0.01mm (to be supplied by the customer) for accurate measurements.
8) Prepare the bracket as illustrated, to securely support the dial indicator during precise measurement and adjustment.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, setting the probe carefully along the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, targeting a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle (ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line). Aim for a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure alignment integrity.;
12) After successfully completing the motor's idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for final assembly.
3.3.4 With the casing's levelness and alignment finely adjusted, fasten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operation or trial, loosen these bolts and tighten them once more for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, requires utmost protection. Prevent any solid or liquid ingress, as this could irreparably damage the compressor. It's vital to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines that adhere to the specified steam corrosion grade. If necessary, upgrade non-compliant pipelines and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Securely install both compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all related pipeline accessories are in place according to the PI diagram. Support the pipeline with an independent bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you are ready to conduct the all-important compressor operation test.
