The elevated temperature of this secondary steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, efficiently heating the materials and triggering further evaporation. The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is an engineering masterpiece, featuring a meticulously designed compressor body that includes key components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system is equipped with a coupling, motor, and sophisticated electric instrumentation, all working in synergy to deliver remarkable performance and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully set the compressor base upon its foundation, positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath to ensure a balanced unit. These shims are key to leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately and, once leveled, secure them with a spot weld at 4-5 strategic points. Remember,
these wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for even inclined contact.
The load capacity should not surpass 40Kg/cm², ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve meticulous alignment. The unit's axial level needs to be an exact 0.05/1000mm,
while its horizontal level should be an accurate 0.10/1000mm, ensuring perfect symmetry.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment with finesse. Prior to aligning, affirm the subsequent prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power source is securely turned off;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's central segment;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is impeccably flat, devoid of any debris or dirt;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes surpass bolt size, allowing bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready, covering the motor feet. These must be free from attachments and exceptionally flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (to be provided by the customer);
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below;

9) Use a motor wheel hub bracket to mount the dial indicator on its edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Meticulously adjust motor foot bolts so the compressor and motor align centrally (or per specific instructions), ensuring the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center. The coupling end face should be maintained between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision.;
12) After executing a motor idling test, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are perfected, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and re-tighten these bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller's high-speed nature; any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can cause severe damage. Ensure compressor-connected pipelines are pristine and compliant with steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified. It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Align import and export pipelines with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines independently; they must not rely on the compressor body for weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and auxiliary equipment are installed and the concrete fully solidifies, proceed with a comprehensive compressor operation test to confirm flawless functionality.
