The cornerstone of MVR's operation lies in its ability to transform electrical energy into valuable thermal energy through the high-efficiency steam compressor. By amplifying the pressure and temperature of secondary steam, the system ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization, channeling this energy back to the evaporator. The result is a seamless cycle wherein the secondary steam heats materials, triggering evaporation and facilitating continuous recycling.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation, ensuring stability with the placement of wedge-shaped shims underneath the base. These shims serve the crucial role of adjusting the unit to achieve perfect leveling.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit achieves ideal leveling, proceed to carefully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 points for reinforced stability.
The wedge must be user-manufactured and installed tailored to the actual situational demands. The contact surface should be expertly finished to ensure uniform contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge iron must exhibit a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ascertain and maintain the unit's level. The unit must meet precise leveling criteria: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring top-notch performance.
Achieving these standards is crucial for optimal operation and longevity.

3.3.3 The coupling requires precise centering. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following essential prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to allow access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it remains free of debris, dirt, and any attachments.
5) The motor bolt hole must exceed the bolt size, facilitating bolt loosening to enable precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to adequately cover the motor's feet. Ensure these gaskets are free from any attachments and maintain perfect flatness. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer must provide;
8) Set up a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator on the hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe precisely on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line into perfect harmony (or as per specific instructions). The maximum deviation of the outer circle must remain within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face tolerances between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and face runout of the coupling to verify accuracy.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment of casing alignment and levelness, ensure all anchor bolts are firmly secured. Following any mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to guarantee lasting security and stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotating component, demands utmost protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. It is imperative that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are scrupulously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements.
Pipelines failing to meet these criteria must undergo immediate rectification. Incorporating solid-liquid separation devices (e.g., gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe is strongly advised.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines should be equipped with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported by an alternate bracket, ensuring its weight is not borne by the compressor body, safeguarding the system's integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are meticulously installed and the surrounding concrete has been allowed to fully solidify, it's time to proceed with the exciting phase of the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is running smoothly and up to our high standards.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To maintain a clean and efficient setup, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly connected using threading pipes routed underground. After securing the electric control cabinet, seamlessly link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a robust and reliable connection.
