The temperature elevation enables the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and instigating evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by strategically positioning the compressor base on its designated foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit's level with precision.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons to achieve perfect leveling, and proceed to spot weld the wedges securely at 4 to 5 distinct points.
These wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific real-world conditions. Ensure the contact surface is smoothly finished for seamless inclined plane contact.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron is limited to a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve impeccable alignment. Adhere to the stringent leveling standards: an axial level accuracy of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure precise coupling alignment. Prior to commencing the alignment procedure, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Disengage the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling delicately;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring it is free of any impediments, debris, or foreign attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes should be of ample size compared to the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustments as needed;
6) Arrange a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to effectively support the motor feet. These gaskets should be pristine and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of lengthy, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Secure the necessary bracket as displayed in the diagram below to support the dial indicator;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts near the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision (or as per specific guidelines), ensuring the outer circle's maximum deviation remains within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face deviations should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout to ensure flawless operation;
12) Finally, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are adjusted to perfection, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial, loosen the bolts slightly and retighten for optimal stability.

3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Consequently, ensure that the compressor's connected inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculately clean, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must undergo rectification. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. These pipelines must be independently supported by another bracket, preventing undue weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, it's time to embark on the thrilling journey of conducting the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that everything is in perfect harmony for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter reach of the main unit. For seamless connectivity, employ threading pipes to channel the wiring underground from the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet stands proudly in its designated spot, skillfully connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring an impeccable setup for efficient operation.
