The core principle involves the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, being skillfully compressed using a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, effectively increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heated steam is then reintroduced to the evaporator, where it plays a crucial role in heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. Through this innovative process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is recycled, promoting sustainable and cost-effective operations.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is an engineering marvel, featuring an array of meticulously designed components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base onto the foundation. Slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, meticulously designed to perfect the unit's level.
Arrange these wedge-shaped irons in a strategic, alternating pattern. Once perfected to level, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedge-shaped supports are to be crafted and placed by the user, tailored to the exact, unique conditions of your installation, ensuring a flawless and even contact with the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of these wedge irons should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain that the unit achieves flawless horizontal alignment. Aim for an axial precision level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
The horizontal precision standard to aspire to is a seamless 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfect the centering of the coupling with these preliminary checks before alignment:
1) Ensure absolute safety by switching off the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for unhindered access.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's devoid of any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments.
5) The motor's bolt holes should accommodate larger than bolt size, allowing the flexibility to loosen bolts for motor adjustments.
6) Ready a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to firmly support the motor's base. These should remain attachment-free and perfectly flat, avoiding thin and elongated gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, to be sourced by the customer.
8) Assemble the support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the reference figure below.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator, positioning its probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) By deftly adjusting the bolts around the motor's base, aim to align the compressor and motor center lines with utmost precision, targeting a maximum deviation in the outer circle of 0.05mm.

11) Once adjustments are complete, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate both the outer circle runout and the coupling's end face runout.;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section after a thorough motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustments to 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts meticulously. Post-mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten these bolts for unwavering stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller maneuvers at incredible speeds, any intrusion of solids or liquids will cause irreparable harm to the compressor. Ensure the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion grade standards.
It is advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram for integrating pipeline accessories. The pipelines must be supported independently, without burdening the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supporting equipment have been flawlessly installed, and the concrete has reached its full strength and stability, you are ready to proceed with the vital step of conducting the compressor operation test. This ensures that everything is in perfect working order, paving the way for smooth and efficient performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and optimal performance, position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet is facilitated by a robust threading pipe, securely placed underground for maximum protection. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless setup for exceptional operational control.
