At its core, the technology operates on a simple yet effective principle: the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heated secondary steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation, effectively recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This ingenious recycling process not only enhances energy efficiency but also promotes a sustainable operational cycle.
The DML series low temperature rise steam compressor is a sophisticated assembly designed for optimal performance. It primarily consists of a robust compressor body, which includes critical components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Additionally, the system is equipped with a precisely-engineered coupling, a powerful motor, and advanced electric instruments. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the foundation, positioning wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling. This step is essential for optimal operation.
Position the wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring precise leveling. Spot weld these wedges at 4-5 points to maintain stability.
These wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific needs of the environment. Make sure that the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for seamless contact between inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed a maximum of 40Kg/cm
2.) for safety and efficacy.
3.3.2 Utilize a level to ensure precision. The unit must achieve an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and maintain a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.
These specifications are crucial for maintaining high-functioning equipment.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Before beginning alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met for safety and precision:
1) Shut down the main power supply completely to prevent any mishaps.
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to gain access.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section carefully.
4) Verify the motor installation surface is flat and free from any foreign materials, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized to loosen bolts for necessary motor adjustments.
6) Gather sufficient stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets should be pristine and perfectly flat; avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm. This tool should be customer-supplied.
8) Prepare and set up a bracket to securely support the dial indicator as per the provided diagram.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines accurately. The maximum permissible deviation on the outer circle is 0.05mm; meanwhile, ensure the motor shaft's center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten all motor foot bolts, and ensure the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts are meticulously reviewed.;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, reinstall the coupling intermediate section carefully.
3.3.4 With 'levelness' and alignment perfected, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post-mechanical operation or trial operation, loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller rotates at high speeds, and any solid or liquid intrusions can severely damage the compressor. It's crucial to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that fall short must be rectified immediately. Install solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with absolute precision. All pipelines must be equipped with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Importantly, ensure that pipelines are supported by independent brackets, not by the compressor body, to prevent undue stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that all systems are fully operational, enabling the high-performance capabilities of the compressor to be verified.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. It is essential that the wiring connection from the compressor to the control cabinet is expertly performed using threading pipes that are routed underground to maintain both safety and aesthetic appeal. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, establish connections between the wiring terminals inside it and the lines to the remote DCS to ensure seamless communication and control.
