This innovative system ingeniously repurposes the secondary steam energy it generates. At its core, MVR operates on a simple yet efficient principle: the secondary steam produced by the evaporator is compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This compression transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The resultant temperature increase allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, heating the materials and inducing evaporation. This process brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, thereby optimizing energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly integrated into the foundation, with precision placement of wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit level adjustments.
Methodically place two wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring impeccable leveling of the unit. Secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4~5 strategic points for stability.
These wedges, crafted and fitted by the user, must match the specific requirements of the actual installation scenario. The contact surface should be expertly finished to guarantee even engagement of inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The stringent leveling criteria are: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 The coupling requires meticulous centering. Prior to commencing alignment, verify the following critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure a safe working environment;
2) Detach the coupling shield to allow for unhindered access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any obstructions, dirt, or foreign matter to maintain a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size, facilitating easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to cover the motor's feet. These gaskets must be free of debris and perfectly flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided), to achieve flawless alignment;
8) Prepare an appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the included diagram.

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to accommodate a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the indicator probe placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By meticulously adjusting the motor foot's securing bolts, ensure the compressor and motor centerlines are nearly aligned, with the outer circle's maximum deviation limited to 0.05mm. The motor shaft centerline should surpass the compressor low-speed shaft centerline, with the coupling end face deviation remaining within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Upon achieving alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for precision and stability.
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Post-alignment and levelness adjustments of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation or trials, loosen and retighten these bolts to secure the installation.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must be protected from any solid or liquid intrusions to prevent catastrophic damage. Ensure compressor inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines falling short of these standards require urgent rectification.
It is recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow PI diagram specifications for relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by an additional bracket, preventing any undue stress on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability, marking a significant milestone in the progress of your system setup.
3.3.8 For seamless and efficient operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be installed no more than 5 meters away from the compressor itself. Connect the compressor to the electric control cabinet using a threading pipe, which should be strategically positioned underground for protection and stability. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious and effective integration with the system.
