These wedge-shaped irons should be alternated to achieve optimal balance. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. This ensures stability and precision in alignment.
These wedges are crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. The contact surface must be finished to ensure even contact along the inclined plane,
with a bearing capacity strictly not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision in alignment. The unit's axial and horizontal level requirements are stringent, set at 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively, to ensure flawless operation.
The horizontal level requirement ensures the unit's stability and operational excellence.

3.3.3 Ensuring the coupling is meticulously aligned is crucial. Before initiating the alignment process, adhere to the following critical prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to maintain safety;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield to access internal components;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for unobstructed assessment;
4) Thoroughly examine the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris and foreign elements;
5) The motor's bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, facilitating easy adjustments;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to secure the motor's footing. Ensure these gaskets are devoid of any attachments and are perfectly flat.
7) Utilize a highly precise dial indicator or laser alignment meter, achieving an accuracy of 0.01mm, to measure alignment accurately.
8) Ensure the presence of a robust bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated.

9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to position the dial indicator on the edge of the wheel hub, with the probe aligned perfectly on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, verifying both the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure integrity.;

3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, steadfastly tighten the anchor bolts. After a mechanical operation or trial, loosen and re-tighten these bolts for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed precision component. To prevent irreversible damage, ensure that no solids or liquids infiltrate the impeller. Verify that the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipelines must incorporate relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is independently supported, not relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it's time to proceed with the compressor operation test.
