At the heart of this innovation lies a simple yet powerful principle: the secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, is efficiently compressed by a high-energy steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an elevation of both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of the recycled steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials and induces evaporation, achieving a sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor stands as a testament to cutting-edge engineering, comprising essential components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Designed with a focus on efficiency, it boasts a compact structure that ensures ease of maintenance and reliable performance.
3.3.1 To begin the installation, meticulously position the compressor base as a single unit onto the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to perfectly adjust and level the unit.
Artfully arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. After the unit achieves level perfection, precisely spot-weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges should be
carefully crafted and installed by the user, taking into account the unique installation circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are finished to achieve a seamless contact of the inclined
planes. Remember, the bearing strength of each wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The exacting leveling criteria demand that the axial level be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal stance should be a precise 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Securely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Safely remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring a pristine, debris-free surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt orifices exceed the bolt sizes to facilitate smooth adjustments;
6) Gather ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets to cradle the motor's foot. These gaskets must be impeccably flat, devoid of any attachments, and unsuitable for thin insertions between motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or opt for a laser alignment meter boasting a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Have at the ready the brackets designed to hold the dial indicator as the accompanying figure suggests;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is expertly designed for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's perimeter, positioning the indicator probe strategically on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) By deftly adjusting the surrounding motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines to be virtually congruent. Ensure a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle (with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and a coupling end face range of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and meticulously verify the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post the motor's idling test.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and precision alignment are confirmed, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After the trial or initial mechanical run, release and retighten these bolts for optimal firmness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a rapid-speed rotating marvel, demands safeguarding against any solid or liquid intrusion which could spell irreversible damage to the compressor. It's imperative that inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are scrupulously clean, adhering strictly to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be immediately rectified. We strongly recommendincorporating solid-liquid separators (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Installation of import and export pipelines should incorporate all relevant accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Note, pipelines connecting to the compressor must have independent support brackets, ensuring their weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved complete solidification, the stage is set to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This pivotal moment ensures optimal performance and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless functionality, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The vital connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be achieved through threading pipe installations, carefully routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, connect its wiring terminals to the comprehensive system lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious integration for efficient operation.
