3.3.1 The compressor base should be seamlessly positioned on the prepared foundation, with precision wedge-shaped shims placed beneath the base to ensure perfect leveling. This meticulous setup guarantees the unit's optimal performance and longevity.
Insert the wedge-shaped irons alternately, ensuring precise leveling of the unit. Once achieved, secure the wedges with spot welding at four to five strategic points. The construction and installation of these wedges should align with the user's specific conditions, ensuring tailored functionality.
These shims must be crafted and positioned by the user, tailored to the specific installation environment. Ensure finished contact surfaces for seamless engagement, providing reliable support across inclined planes.
The bearing capacity for each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm², ensuring safety and stability.2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve exact leveling. The unit demands stringent leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for impeccable functionality.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect centering of the coupling. Before commencing alignment, adhere to the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated for safety.
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield to access internal components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate unhindered adjustments.
4) Confirm the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris or foreign elements.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized larger than the bolt to allow for precise adjustments.
6) Have a sufficient supply of flawless stainless steel gaskets ready, ensuring they fit perfectly without any additional attachments. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for alignment between the motor and base.
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy) for precise alignment, arranged by the customer.
8) Prepare a robust support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator, placing the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise readings.
10) Carefully adjust the surrounding motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The coupling end face should maintain alignment within 0.03~0.05mm for optimal performance.
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and verify the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling, ensuring precision.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test, guaranteeing readiness for full operation.
3.3.4 Following the adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts comprehensively. After the mechanical operation or trial operation, release and retighten the bolts to ensure lasting stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating crucial component, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. It's imperative to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines failing to meet these standards require urgent rectification.Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor's straight pipe inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with pertinent accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. These pipelines must be independently supported, with their weight not imposed on the compressor body to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured to perfection, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test, ensuring all systems are aligned for peak performance.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5m radius of the compressor. Utilize a sophisticated threading pipe to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is elegantly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is successfully installed, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, securing a robust and reliable system.
