The resultant increase in temperature serves a dual purpose, effectively returning the secondary steam to the evaporator where it seamlessly heats materials to instigate evaporation. Through this remarkable process, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is proficiently recycled.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance, the compressor base should be securely positioned on the designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve precise level adjustments.
Strategically alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. After leveling the unit, secure the irons by spot welding at 4-5 points. These wedges should be
custom-fabricated and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surface is finely finished for even contact across the inclined
plane, with a bearing capacity that does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to ascertain precision leveling. The leveling standards for the unit require an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring flawless alignment.

3.3.3 Proper coupling alignment is paramount. Prior to beginning the alignment process, verify these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Detach the coupling shield securely;
3) Disassemble the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and other attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size to allow bolt adjustment for motor positioning;
6) Stock adequate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These gaskets should be pristine and flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) For precision, utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Have ready the necessary support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor so their center lines are approximately congruent. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure coupling end face deviations fall within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, and conduct a thorough review of the coupling's outer circle and face runout.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. Following mechanical operations or trial runs, bolts should be loosened and re-tightened to maintain integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, and any ingress of solid or liquid matter can lead to irreversible damage to the compressor. Maintain cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor to meet the system's steam corrosion-grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. It's highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines must integrate relevant accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. The compressor should not bear the pipeline's weight; instead, a separate bracket should support it.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its supplementary equipment are securely installed, and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, you can seamlessly proceed to the crucial compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures optimal performance and readiness for the Versatile Fan-Based Compressor with Guide Vane Adjustment Features.
3.3.8 For utmost efficiency and streamlined functionality, position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Utilize an underground threading pipe for wiring connections from the compressor to the control cabinet. Upon the cabinet's installation, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and superior operational control.
