3.3.1 To ensure the optimal performance of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, position the compressor base integrally onto a secure and steadfast foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, skillfully employed to adjust the unit to a precise and perfect level, ensuring maximum efficiency and operational excellence.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an artful alternating pattern. Once the unit achieves impeccable leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific situation, ensuring a smooth, flawless contact surface for even distribution of force and stability.
The contact surface must be expertly finished to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane. It is critical that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2, ensuring structural integrity and performance.

1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off to ensure utmost safety and precaution;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with precision;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with utmost precision and care;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness meticulously to ensure it is impeccably clean and free from foreign materials;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes are suitably larger than the bolts, allowing for bolt loosening and meticulous motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be perfectly flat and free of any attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for precise adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide for exact measurements;

12) Upon successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless and trouble-free operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly and precisely adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts for secured stability. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring reliability and performance.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this would irrevocably damage the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristinely clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these stringent standards must undergo necessary and immediate rectifications.It is highly recommended to incorporate advanced solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to secure and maintain system integrity and optimal performance.
3.3.6 Embark on the pivotal task of installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. As outlined in the PI diagram, it is essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories. A crucial prerequisite is that the pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket, ensuring no undue weight burdens the compressor body, thereby safeguarding its integrity and performance.
3.3.7 After the precise installation of the main fan and its associated equipment and the concrete foundation has reached its full strength, you are ready to initiate the exhilarating process of conducting a compressor operation test. This indispensable phase is vital in confirming that all components are flawlessly operational and finely tuned for maximum efficiency and reliability.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an optimal 5-meter radius of the compressor unit. Employ a robust threading pipe to effortlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring a discreet underground routing. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, proceed with meticulous care to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS.
