The fundamental concept is that the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is ingeniously compressed using a steam compressor with exceptional energy efficiency. This process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This increased temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it heats materials and facilitates evaporation, thereby achieving the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Initially, place the compressor's robust base integrally onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath this foundation to expertly adjust the unit's level.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welding at 4 to 5 key points for maximum stability. The wedge should be
crafted and installed by you, the user, tailored exactly to your specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is meticulously finished to guarantee consistent contact of the inclined plane.
The wedge iron must not bear a load exceeding 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision leveling utilizing a level. The unit's exacting leveling criteria demand: an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling. Prioritize these pre-alignment steps:
1) Disconnect the main power source to ensure safety;
2) Diligently remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's free from foreign materials, debris, and any obstructive residue;
5) Design motor bolt holes larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be spotless and impeccably flat—avoid using elongated or slender gaskets to fill gaps between motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an impressive 0.01mm accuracy (procured by the customer);
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as delineated in the accompanying illustration;

9) The motor wheel hub's mounting bracket should be utilized to affix a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe at the compressor wheel hub's outer boundary;
10) With precision, adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet, ensuring alignment of the compressor and motor center lines (or as per specific instructions). Allowing a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle (the motor shaft center line should ideally be higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face deviation should be limited to 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, then meticulously verify the outer circle runout and the coupling end face runout.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment verification of the casing, anchor bolts should be firmly tightened. Following mechanical operation or a trial run, bolts must be untightened and retightened to ensure consistent fastening.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotational element, is vulnerable; any intruding solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. Thus, it's imperative to confirm that the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing this criterion must undergo necessary modifications. It is s
uggested to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Installation should adhere to the PI diagram, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are in place. The pipeline attaching to the compressor needs independent support to prevent its weight from burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its essential ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has attained full solidity, you are ready to proceed with conducting the compressor operation test, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor must be strategically positioned within a close 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be established through threading pipe, routed underground for optimal protection. When the electric control cabinet is securely in place, you will need to methodically connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable operational setup.
