7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer to achieve optimal alignment;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's; coupling end face deviation should be a precise 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and meticulously checking the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for unmatched stability.;
12) After successfully completing the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Upon perfecting the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts with precision. After initial mechanical operation or trials, re-tighten for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, demands pristine conditions; any solid or liquid contaminants can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure the connecting pipelines are impeccably clean, adhering strictly to the steam corrosion grade standards. If not compliant, immediate rectification is necessary.
Deploying solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is recommended to safeguard the compressor's inlet pipes.
3.3.6 Mount the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously. The import and export pipelines should include all necessary accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Ensure external brackets fully support these pipelines, relieving the compressor body of undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation achieves complete solidification, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This ensures that every component functions harmoniously, paving the way for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet for the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius. Utilize a threading pipe to connect the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet, directing it underground for neatness and safety. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, ensure seamless connectivity by linking the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines. This setup guarantees a robust and efficient operational network.
