The temperature increase propels this steam back into the evaporator, aiding in material heating and inducing evaporation, thereby successfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam.
The DML series split base low temperature rise steam compressor is a masterpiece of engineering, designed to deliver unparalleled performance. Its sophisticated structure predominantly consists of a robust compressor body, which includes a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, and more. Complementing these are precision-crafted components such as a coupling, motor, and advanced electric instrument systems, harmoniously working together to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
3.3.1 To ensure optimal performance, the compressor base should be meticulously positioned as a single unit onto the foundation. Augment its stability by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath. These shims are indispensable for achieving precise unit leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring perfect leveling. Once achieved, secure the irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 critical points. This process guarantees unwavering stability.
It is crucial that the wedges are custom-made and installed according to the user's unique requirements. The contact surface must be meticulously finished to ensure seamless contact on inclined planes.
The wedge iron is designed to withstand a load not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. The leveling prerequisites are stringent: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm are essential.
Achieving such precision ensures unparalleled operational efficiency.
3.3.3 Attain coupling precision through meticulous centering. Prior to commencing alignment, it is imperative to adhere to the following steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components;
3) Carefully extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, diligently removing any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be devoid of any attachments, ensuring perfect flatness. Avoid using elongated, slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which is to be supplied by the customer.
8) Arrange for a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves to mount a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Refine alignment by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are aligned. The allowable outer circle deviation is a mere 0.05mm, while the motor shaft center line should sit marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with coupling end face parameters ranging from 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Upon completion, firmly secure the motor foot bolts, reassessing outer circle and end face runouts for precision.;
12) Post idle motor testing, reintegrate the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Subsequent to adjusting the casing's levelness and alignment, anchor bolts must be fastened securely. Following any mechanical or trial operations, these bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure maximum stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, any intrusion of solids or liquids can catastrophically damage the compressor. Thus, it is vital to maintain impeccably clean inlet and outlet pipelines aligned with the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be remedied. We strongly recommend integrating solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring that import and export lines are outfitted with appropriate accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. It is crucial that the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported independently by a separate bracket, thereby preventing undue pressure on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This pivotal moment marks the beginning of the performance assessment, ensuring that all systems are functioning seamlessly and poised for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is to be meticulously established using a threading pipe, which should be routed underground to maintain a clean and efficient setup. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in position, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a synchronized and smooth operational flow.
