Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by gently positioning the compressor base securely onto the designated foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, which are essential for achieving the unit's perfect level.
Expertly alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is precisely leveled, proceed to spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Manufacture and install the wedge according to your specific requirements. Ensure the contact surface is expertly finished to guarantee even contact on inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ascertain the unit's exact horizontal orientation. The unit's axial level should be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is ideal at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is impeccably centered. Prior to alignment, verify the following essential requirements:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dust, and any unnecessary attachments.
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for easy adjustments.
6) Have an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets, which should be pristine and perfectly flat. Avoid using long or thin gaskets that could disrupt alignment.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which must be procured by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure the dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing its probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet so that the compressor and motor center lines are in perfect alignment. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, and that the motor shaft center line is slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Post motor idling test, carefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the precise adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, it's prudent to loosen and retighten these bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, it is crucial that no solid or liquid infiltrates it, as this would cause irreversible damage. Ensure that connected pipelines are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria necessitate urgent rectification. For added protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing requisite pipeline accessories. Ensure the connected pipeline is supported by an independent bracket, avoiding any undue strain on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been impeccably installed, and the solid foundation of concrete has reached its peak solidity, it is time to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This marks an exhilarating phase where performance and precision are meticulously evaluated, ensuring that the system is primed for optimal functionality.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a seamless 5-meter proximity to the compressor, ensuring a strategic layout for maximum efficiency. The wiring journey from the compressor to this control hub must traverse through an underground threading pipe, a pathway that is both discreet and protected. Once the electric control cabinet claims its rightful place, proceed to artfully connect the wiring terminals within, creating a harmonious link to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS). This careful orchestration ensures a symphony of seamless communication and control.
