3.3.1 To ensure the precision and stability of the Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor with State-of-the-Art Guide Vane from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, the compressor base should be meticulously positioned directly on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims, an essential component for achieving a perfectly leveled unit.
Strategically place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 points. These wedges are to be user-customized, tailored to the unique requirements of the installation site.
They should ensure a flawless contact surface, providing even contact over the inclined plane. The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed a remarkable 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Using a precision level, fine-tune the unit's alignment. Meet the exacting leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05 per 1000mm and a horizontal level not exceeding 0.10 per 1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly centering the coupling is critical. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the coupling;
3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign materials, dirt, and attachments that could compromise the installation;
5) Verify that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for easy adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Have a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets ready to uniformly support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and flat. Avoid using long and thin gaskets which could lead to improper adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, to achieve precise alignment (customer-provided equipment);
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to securely support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By carefully adjusting the bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The goal is to achieve a maximum divergence of 0.05mm (with the motor shaft center higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center). The end face deviation should remain within 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and thoroughly inspect the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of casing 'levelness' and alignment, securely fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen these bolts and retighten to ensure lasting stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed rotating component, requires protection from any solid or liquid intrusion which could inflict irreversible damage. Therefore, it is vital to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines must be promptly corrected. Additionally, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with the relevant accessories in accordance with the PI diagram. The pipelines attached to the compressor must be independently supported by a separate bracket, ensuring that the compressor body does not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment, and subsequent to the complete solidification of the concrete base, you are ready to embark on the compressor's operational testing phase. This crucial step ensures all components are functioning optimally, setting the stage for seamless and efficient performance of the Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor with State-of-the-Art Guide Vane.
