3.3.1 The compressor base is seamlessly positioned onto the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to fine-tune the unit's level, ensuring a flawless setup.
Arrange two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, securing stability.
The user is responsible for the creation and fitting of the wedges, tailored to the specific context. Ensuring the contact surfaces are finished is crucial for even contact across inclined planes.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to attain exact levelness. The unit demands strict leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and a horizontal level accuracy of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfecting the coupling's alignment is essential. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure these prerequisites:
1) Disable the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section precisely;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free from contaminants, dirt, and unwanted materials;
5) Motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, enabling bolt loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock adequate stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. Ensure gaskets are flawless, clean, and absolutely level, avoiding the insertion of elongated, thin gaskets between motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an acute accuracy of 0.01mm, a tool the customer should provide themselves;
8) Ready the supporting bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket serves to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing a dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge with precision.
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor's feet, align the compressor and motor center lines with precision (or per specific instructions), maintaining an outer circle deviation of no more than 0.05mm and ensuring the motor shaft center line is superior to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with coupling end face deviations of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclusively, secure the motor foot bolts, and perform a meticulous review of the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the assembly.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts securely. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, it's advisable to loosen and retighten the bolts for optimal stability.
3.3.5 Given that the impeller is a high-speed rotating component, the intrusion of any solid or liquid can irreversibly damage the compressor. It's imperative to maintain the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines fully compliant with the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is recommended before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with appropriate accessories in accordance with PI diagrams. Pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported by additional brackets, ensuring that their weight is not borne by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment are installed and concrete solidification is complete, you can commence the compressor operation test, ensuring peak performance and reliable operation.
