This process elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, allowing it to return to the evaporator. Here, it efficiently heats materials, instigating further evaporation. This innovative method allows for the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam, ensuring a sustainable and efficient energy cycle.

The Oil-Film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor embodies cutting-edge turbine technology, powered by a highly efficient permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Expertly position the compressor base seamlessly on its foundation. Utilize specialized wedge-shaped shims to meticulously adjust the unit level, ensuring precision and stability.
Interlace two wedge-shaped irons in a strategic alternating pattern. Achieve perfect leveling, then execute a skillful spot weld on 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge should be
crafted and tailored by the user in accordance with the specific situation, guaranteeing a flawlessly finished contact surface for even inclined plane contact.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain impeccable leveling. Adhere to rigorous leveling standards: axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, and
an impeccable horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Masterfully center the coupling. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure the following essential criteria are met:
1) Securely shut off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Diligently detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness. Ensure it is pristine, devoid of debris, dirt, and any obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt hole significantly exceeds the bolt size, facilitating effortless motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous supply of quality stainless steel gaskets to envelop the motor's foot. The gaskets must be immaculate and impeccably flat. Refrain from utilizing long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an extraordinary accuracy of 0.01mm, procured by the customer;
8) Skillfully prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as demonstrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With meticulous adjustments to the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Finally, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout;;
12) Seamlessly reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, methodically loosen and then re-tighten the bolts for reinforced security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain utterly free from solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure cleanliness and system steam corrosion compliance in the inlet and outlet pipelines. Non-compliant pipelines require rectification. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for precise integration of relevant pipeline accessories. Support the pipelines with a separate bracket to ensure the compressor body bears no undue weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive machinery are securely in place and the concrete has fully cured, you are ready to initiate the compressor's operational test. This crucial step ensures that all components are functioning flawlessly in preparation for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. For seamless integration, utilize threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring these pathways are discreetly situated underground. Once the cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and efficient communication network.
