Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure optimal operation of your Adjustable Speed Watervapour Compressor with Integrally Geared Design, the compressor base must be meticulously positioned on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect unit leveling.
Once leveled, strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons and spot weld them securely at 4 to 5 points for steadfast stability.
Users should manufacture and install these wedges according to their specific circumstances. The contact surfaces must be finished to allow even contact of the inclined planes, ensuring durability.

3.3.2 Achieve flawless leveling using a precise level tool. The precision leveling criteria are as follows: The axial level of the unit should be 0.05/1000mm while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Meticulous alignment of the coupling is crucial. Before initiating alignment, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation surface for cleanliness, ensuring it's free from debris and dirt;
5) Verify the motor bolt holes are suitably larger than the actual bolts to allow for necessary adjustments;
6) Sufficient stainless steel gaskets should be prepared, ensuring they are free from any attachments and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm for precise measurements;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket as shown in the guide below to support the dial indicator effectively;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to secure a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and double-checking outer circle and end face runout for assurance.;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test for final confirmation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are precisely set, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for guaranteed stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating marvel, must remain free from solid or liquid interference to avoid irreversible damage to the compressor. Guarantee cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines immediately.
It's highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Carefully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for integrating the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are supported independently by a separate bracket, and not by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 With the successful installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has reached its full solidification, you are ready to commence the thrilling compressor operation test. This pivotal moment marks the transition from preparation to active functionality, ensuring that the system is ready to deliver its peak performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet is crucial, requiring the use of threading pipe that should be safely routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it is essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable communication link.
