3.3.1 Begin by strategically positioning the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the level of the unit, ensuring precision.
Employ alternating placements of the wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, secure the wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability.
These wedges should be custom-manufactured and installed by you, tailored to your specific situation. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact of the inclined plane.

10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines impeccably. Allowable maximum deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and meticulously reviewing the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for assurance;;
12) Finalize the process by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring optimal alignment and function.
3.3.4 After achieving the perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial operation, loosen and retighten bolts for reinforced security.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates that no solid or liquid enters, as it can inflict irreversible damage. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and meet the system's stringent steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to comply require rectification.It is prudent to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to safeguard the system.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. Pipelines connected to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket to avoid burdening the compressor body with their weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its auxiliary apparatus is meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has achieved full solidity, you can embark on conducting the compressor operation test.
