3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on the prepared foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precision leveling.
Position two wedges in alternating sequence. Once the unit is level, expertly spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
The user should craft and position the wedge according to specific conditions, with the contact surface expertly finished for optimal contact.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level tool to ensure the unit's exact leveling. The unit must meet these precise standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

7) Equip yourself with a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment tool (0.01mm precision, self-supplied).
8) Ready a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator precisely on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the probe is perfectly placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts meticulously to align the compressor and motor center lines. The optimal outer circle deviation is a mere 0.05mm (the motor shaft should be marginally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft), with a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Verify the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts to confirm precision.;
12) Once the motor has been tested at idle, carefully reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-levelness and alignment refinement, fasten the anchor bolts securely. After initial mechanical operation or trial runs, the bolts should be loosened and retightened to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high speeds, necessitating strict avoidance of solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage. Ensure all connecting pipelines are immaculately clean and adhere to required steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that do not comply must be rectified promptly. 3.3.6 For compressor inlet and outlet pipe installation, adhere to the PI diagram for relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that all pipeline connections to the compressor are independently supported by separate brackets, as the compressor body itself must not bear any additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supporting equipment are securely stationed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, the stage is set for conducting the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures peak performance and seamless integration of the entire system, ultimately paving the way for the efficient processing of sugar liquid concentration and drying.
3.3.8 It's essential to position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter proximity, ensuring optimal accessibility. The electrical connections between the compressor and the cabinet should be expertly laid out using threading pipes that run underground for a streamlined and safe setup. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly established, it's time to connect its wiring terminals with the remote DCS lines, crafting a network of precision and reliability.
