This sophisticated system effectively transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an elevation of both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this temperature-enhanced steam reverts to the evaporator, contributing to the heating of materials and inducing further evaporation. Thus, the system achieves a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization inherent in the secondary steam, showcasing a marvel of sustainable energy utilization.

It predominantly comprises a robust compressor body, which includes a volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, among others. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally placed on the foundation. Ensure optimal leveling by positioning wedge-shaped shims under the base, enabling precise adjustments.
Place dual wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure by spot welding the wedges at 4-5 key points.
Users should manufacture and install these wedges according to specific requirements, ensuring a seamlessly finished contact surface.
The inclined plane must have even contact, and the wedge iron should support a maximum load capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 With a level, ensure the unit's precision: Achieve an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for supreme efficiency.

3.3.3 Center the coupling. Prior to alignment, verify these crucial steps:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane's flatness, keeping it free from debris and foreign particles;
5) The motor bolt holes must exceed the bolt size, facilitating bolt loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Utilize ample stainless steel gaskets to cushion the motor's feet. Ensure gaskets are attachment-free and adequately flat; refrain from using slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy: 0.01mm), ensuring precision alignment, sourced independently by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for the dial indicator as visualized below;

9) Use the motor hub mounting bracket for dial indicator placement on the wheel hub's edge, checking the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Align motor and compressor center lines using adjustment bolts around the motor feet. Limit maximum deviation to 0.05mm, and for optimal balance, the motor shaft should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft, with coupling face deviation maintained at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly. Reassess both outer circle and end face deviations of the coupling to ensure alignment consistency;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, tighten anchor bolts after verifying casing 'levelness' and alignment. Re-tighten bolts after mechanical or trial operation for assured stability.
3.3.5 The high-speed impeller requires meticulous care. Prevent irreversible damage by ensuring no solid or liquid enters the impeller. Maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines aligned with the system's steam corrosion grade, rectifying pipelines that fall short. Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to fit appropriate pipeline accessories. Ensure pipelines are supported by external brackets, not bearing down on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached perfect solidity, the highly anticipated operation test of the compressor can be initiated. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet, a critical component of the compressor system, should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. To ensure seamless connectivity, the wiring should be deftly threaded through underground pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it is essential to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring flawless communication and control.
