Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base on the established foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to ensure precise leveling of the unit.
Expertly alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit achieves perfect leveling, expertly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Craft and install the wedge according to the specific situation, ensuring a finely finished contact surface for optimal performance.
The wedging surface must achieve even contact across the inclined plane, with a maximum bearing capacity of 40 Kg/cm

3.3.2 Master the art of leveling using a high-precision level. The axial level precision requirement for the unit is an impressive 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these crucial preparatory steps:
1) Ensure complete safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield diligently;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with care;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign objects, dirt, and unwanted attachments to ensure smooth alignment;
5) Design motor bolt holes slightly larger than bolt size to allow for necessary motor adjustments;
6) Assemble a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat, avoiding thin, elongated gaskets for precise adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm, to be procured by the customer;
8) Ensure the readiness of the dial indicator support bracket, as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to tactically mount a dial indicator, placing its probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub for accuracy;
10) With precision, adjust the bolts around the motor's feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts tightly, and reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure top-tier performance.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, confidently reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment finely calibrated, tighten the anchor bolts firmly. Post-operation, loosen bolts and retighten to reaffirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller operates at high velocity, and any intrusion of solids or liquids could cause untold damage. Ensure that connected pipelines are pristine and conform to steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines require urgent rectification.
To enhance system integrity, consider installing solid-liquid separation apparatus, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the meticulous installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Each pipeline must be fitted with relevant accessories, as depicted in the PI diagram, and supported independently, relieving the compressor body of unnecessary load.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, you are all set to commence the essential compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the system's readiness for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For a seamless and efficient setup, position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the cabinet is securely connected using a threading pipe that runs underground for enhanced safety and reliability. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly situated, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control functionality.
