The core principle of MVR is that the secondary steam, generated by the evaporator, undergoes compression through a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. As a result, the heated secondary steam is cycled back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and promoting further evaporation. This method brilliantly achieves the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use.
The DML Series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor epitomizes precision engineering and consists of several key components. It includes the compressor body, which features integral parts such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, ensuring exceptional performance. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is seamlessly integrated on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect level adjustment of the unit.
Place the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion to ensure balance. Once the unit is precisely leveled, perform a spot weld on the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember, the wedges must be
specially manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the unique specifics of each situation. The contact surface must be finely finished for even contact of the inclined
plane, ensuring that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron is strictly capped at a maximum of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The leveling specifications demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, coupled with a horizontal
alignment precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost accuracy. Before commencing alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield for easy access;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane is perfectly flat with no unwanted materials, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, facilitating smooth motor adjustments;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet. These gaskets must be pristine and flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that could compromise the adjustment between the motor and the base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which customers need to prepare themselves;
8) Prepare the appropriate bracket for the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet meticulously, aligning the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation is limited to 0.05mm, keeping the motor shaft center slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain a coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and recheck both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section after performing a motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. After the initial mechanical operation or trial run, ensure to retighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 Remember, the impeller is a precision high-speed component. Any intrusion of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Thus, it's imperative that the compressor's intake and discharge pipelines are immaculately clean and comply with the system's steam corrosion standards. If non-compliant, immediate rectification is mandatory. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Install all necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor should not bear the weight of the connected pipelines; they must be supported by separate brackets.
3.3.7 Upon completion of the main fan and all ancillary equipment installations, and once the concrete has fully solidified, you're ready to conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test.
