At its core, this system ingeniously repurposes the secondary steam energy it generates. The fundamental principle involves the high-efficiency steam compressor compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature of this steam is then redirected back to the evaporator, where it performs the vital role of heating materials and instigating evaporation. This remarkable process facilitates the continuous recycling of the latent heat of vaporization within the secondary steam, optimizing energy usage and efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by effortlessly placing the compressor base integrally onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to attain a perfectly level unit. This meticulous adjustment is key to ensuring optimal performance.
Alternately position two wedge-shaped irons. Once leveled, spot weld the irons securely at 4 to 5 strategic points. This step is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of the setup.
The user is responsible for manufacturing and installing the wedges, tailored to the actual situation. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished, allowing even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2,ensuring stability and durability.
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precise leveling. The unit's leveling requirements are stringent: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, complemented by a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
Such meticulous calibration is crucial for the unit's reliable operation.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is critical. Before alignment, ensure these preparatory steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously to confirm it is devoid of foreign objects, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for adjustment flexibility by loosening bolts;
6) Prepare an abundant supply of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor feet. Gaskets must be clean and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare;
8) Ready the appropriate bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor hub mounting bracket should accommodate a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe placed on the compressor's outer wheel hub edge;
10) By finely adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum allowable deviation for the outer circle is 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft. The coupling's end face deviation should be between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) After achieving perfect alignment, meticulously tighten the motor foot bolts. Rigorously review the coupling's outer circle and face runout.12) Conduct a motor idling test before reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section.

3.3.4 Once both "levelness" and alignment are perfected, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After operational verification or trial operation, release and retighten these bolts to ensure sustained reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating component. Prevent any solid or liquid ingress as it could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. It's imperative to maintain the cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must be promptly rectified.
We strongly recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, upstream of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Support the pipeline on an independent bracket, ensuring the compressor does not bear the weight.
3.3.7 As soon as the main fan and its accompanying equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it is then time to initiate the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures everything is perfectly in place, gearing us up for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The placement of the compressor's electric control cabinet is crucial; it should be installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet must be executed through a securely threaded pipe that runs underground. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation.
