Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin with the strategic placement of the compressor base on its foundational stronghold. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to meticulously achieve the perfect unit level.
Position these wedge-irons alternately, ensuring precision. Once the unit is leveled, spot weld these wedges in 4 to 5 points, securing steadfast stability.
The user must craft and fit the wedge to suit their specific scenario, ensuring that the contact surfaces are expertly finished for uniform contact on inclined planes.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the axial and horizontal precision of the unit. Aim for an axial level of a meticulous 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For optimal alignment, focus on the coupling's centering. Before starting, ensure:
1) The main power supply is securely turned off;
2) The coupling shield is removed for access;
3) The diaphragm coupling's intermediate section is detached;
4) The motor's installation plane is thoroughly checked for cleanliness, with no debris or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolt size for ease of adjustment;
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot, ensuring they are smooth and free of any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a fine precision of 0.01mm, which the customer should have at their disposal;
8) Ensure the appropriate bracket is ready for supporting the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying guide;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for securely mounting a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, facilitating precise readings on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Finely tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, and the coupling end face should remain between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Post motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once you've achieved perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts. Following a successful mechanical operation or trial, retighten these bolts to guarantee steadfast precision.
3.3.5 The impeller spins at high velocity, posing a risk if any solid or liquid enters. Protect your compressor by ensuring the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering strictly to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines.
Consider installing gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to prevent damage from solid or liquid incursion.
3.3.6 Fit the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with the requisite pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Support these connections with independent brackets, ensuring no undue weight rests on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the majestic main fan and its indispensable ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation achieves complete solidification, the stage is set to embark on the comprehensive compressor operation test.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter range. Ensure seamless connectivity by utilizing threading pipes to house the wiring, securely placing it underground. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, diligently connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless integration.
