The core principle lies in the use of a high-energy efficiency steam compressor, which compresses the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This process elegantly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened secondary steam then cycles back to the evaporator, efficiently heating materials and inducing evaporation. Through this method, MVR adeptly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring a seamless and sustainable operation.

This sophisticated system comprises a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an anti-surge control system. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base upon the foundation. To ensure a perfectly level installation, slip a wedge-shaped shim beneath the base, carefully adjusting and balancing the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving a level position, spot weld the irons at 4~5 strategic points to secure. The wedge must be tailored and installed by the user, taking into account the specific conditions of your environment.
Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished. This guarantees even contact across the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm².

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to determine true levelness. The unit demands exacting leveling standards: the axial level should be a precise 0.05/1000mm.
The horizontal level must also meet a stringent 0.10/1000mm standard, ensuring flawless operation.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment with these crucial steps:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain clear access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for thorough inspection;
4) Verify the motor installation surface is utterly clean and free of debris, dirt, or any attachments;
5) The motor's bolt hole design must accommodate looseness, opening up freedom for precise motor adjustments;
6) Arm yourself with an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are pristine and perfectly flat. Refrain from using elongated, thin gaskets between the motor and its base for precise adjustments;
7) Employ a state-of-the-art dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a razor-sharp accuracy of 0.01mm (customer supplied);
8) Ready the bracket designed for dial indicator support, as illustrated in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to strategically position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge and align the probe with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By meticulously adjusting the motor feet's bolts, align the compressor and motor's center line with remarkable precision, allowing a maximum deviation of merely 0.05mm on the outer circle, while the coupling end face tolerates just 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, reviewing the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for utmost accuracy.;
12) After performing a motor idling test, confidently reattach the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and impeccable alignment of the casing, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, release and retighten for maximum stability.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from potential damage by ensuring no solid or liquid intrusions. The cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor is paramount, meeting stringent steam corrosion grade requirements.
Implement solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to ensure flawless operation.
3.3.6 Install compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Pipeline accessories must align with the PI diagram, ensuring external support for pipelines connected to the compressor, as the compressor body should bear no additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its accompanying equipment are securely installed and the concrete has fully set and hardened, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This step ensures that all components are functioning optimally, paving the way for high-performance extraction.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet must be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet should be carefully executed using a threading pipe, ideally routed underground for protection and efficiency. Once the control cabinet is properly positioned, it's essential to connect the wiring terminals inside with the lines at the distant DCS, ensuring seamless communication and control.
