Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, skillfully employed to attain precise leveling of the unit.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern for flawless stability. Once perfect leveling is achieved, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. The wedge, crafted and installed by the user, should be tailored to the specific circumstances, providing a smooth contact surface for an even distribution of force.
The contact surface must be finished to perfection, ensuring uniform contact of the inclined plane. It's crucial that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm2, safeguarding structural integrity.

3.3.2 Utilize an exact level to meticulously establish the unit's level. The rigorous leveling standards dictate that the axial level of the unit is 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level set at 0.10/1000mm, guaranteeing unparalleled precision.

3.3.3 For flawless coupling alignment, adhere to these vital steps:
1) Ensure that the main power supply is completely deactivated for maximum safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield with attention to detail;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with precision for maintenance;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness and cleanliness, ensuring it is free from foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for bolt loosening and motor adjustments as needed;
6) Prepare an ample supply of high-quality stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets should be perfectly flat and devoid of attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for precision adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly crafted bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not surpass 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and that the coupling end face deviation is between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and critically reviewing the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment.
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 With the unit's 'levelness' and alignment expertly adjusted, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts for unyielding stability. Following mechanical or trial operations, it is crucial to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's role as a high-speed rotating component, it is imperative to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion that could irrevocably damage the compressor. Maintain pristine cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring they meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo necessary rectifications to ensure optimal performance.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet is highly recommended to secure system integrity and ensure smooth operation.
3.3.6 Begin by proceeding to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. It is essential that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary and relevant pipeline accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported by an independent bracket system. This prevents any undue weight or stress from being exerted on the compressor body itself, ensuring its longevity and optimal performance.
3.3.7 With the main fan and all associated equipment meticulously installed, and the concrete foundation having reached complete solidity, you are now prepared to embark on the exciting and vital phase of conducting a compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that every component is in perfect working order, confirming the efficacy and readiness of your setup.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius to the compressor for optimal connectivity. Utilize a robust and durable threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This establishes a robust and reliable control link, ensuring seamless operation and management.
