Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is placed seamlessly on the foundation, graced by wedge-shaped shims beneath, designed to adjust the unit's level seamlessly.
Place these wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is leveled, delicately spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points, ensuring stability.
These wedges, crafted and installed by the user, should be tailored to the actual conditions and boast smooth contact surfaces for even distribution.
The inclined plane must be in full, even contact, bearing no more than 40Kg/cm in capacity.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to perfect the horizontal and axial precision of the unit.
Ensure exactitude with unit axial level at 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm, setting a standard of perfection.

3.3.3 Achieve flawless centering of the coupling. Prior to alignment, ensure adherence to these critical prerequisites:
1) Disengage the primary power supply for safety assurance.
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment with precision.
4) Scrutinize the motor's installation plane to ensure it is pristine, devoid of debris and contaminants.
5) The motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, permitting easy loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Amass adequate stainless steel gaskets to underlie the motor feet, ensuring they are immaculate and flawlessly level.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm for meticulous alignment.
8) Prepare a secure bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Attach a dial indicator to the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the probe on the wheel hub's outer edge.
