At its core, the MVR operates on a visionary principle: the secondary steam, birthed from the evaporator, is met with the high-energy efficiency steam compressor. Through this union, electrical energy transforms seamlessly into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This rise in temperature gracefully cycles back to the evaporator, where it warms the materials and induces evaporation, thus masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect level adjustment. Ensuring stability is key, so remember to
position the wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is precisely leveled, proceed to spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Personalize the wedge fabrication and installation based on
your specific setup. Achieve even contact on the inclined plane to maximize stability, as the load capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2. This meticulous process ensures a robust foundation for your compressor.

3.3.2 Employ a quality level tool to achieve precision leveling. The compressor's axial level must meet the stringent requirement of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Attention to these details ensures peak performance and longevity of the unit.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost precision. Before initiating alignment, confirm the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply;
2) Detach the coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is impeccably flat and free from debris or build-ups;
5) Verify that each motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt itself, allowing for easy adjustments;
6) Prepare premium stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor's footing. Ensure these gaskets are free from impurities and perfectly flat.
7) Use a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment tool with 0.01mm accuracy, which should be procured by the customer.
8) Equip a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying figure;

9) Install the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for precision placement of the dial indicator on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts around the motor feet to achieve near-perfect alignment with the compressor. Ensure maximum deviation of the outer circle stays within 0.05mm (the motor shaft center line

should slightly exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), and coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm; this precision safeguards the synchronization of mechanical components.
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post the motor's successful idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operations, remember to loosen and retighten these bolts to reaffirm secure
operations. The impeller, rotating at high speeds, mandates clean inlet and outlet pipelines, meeting the steam corrosion grades of your system. Any deviation must be rectified promptly.
We recommend adding solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance durability and efficiency.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. All pipelines should adhere to the PI diagram specifications for seamless operation. Support these pipelines independently
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has fully set and solidified, you can embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the system's reliability and efficiency, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 It is essential that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter distance from the compressor for optimal functionality. The wiring should be meticulously connected from the compressor to the electric control cabinet using threading pipe, securely routed underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, seamlessly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS to guarantee precision and excellence in operation.
