3.3.1 Begin by skillfully positioning the compressor's base as a cohesive unit on the designated foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base—these are crucial for adjusting the unit's level to perfection.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with precise spot welding at 4-5 strategic points. This ensures optimal stability and performance.
The wedges should be manufactured and installed by you, the user, according to the specific nuances of your installation environment. Ensure the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for seamless contact.
The inclined plane must offer uniform contact, and the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's perfect alignment. The leveling criteria are: the axial level should be maintained at an exquisite 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these meticulous standards for a performance that is nothing short of exceptional.

3.3.3 Attain precise centering of the coupling with these preparatory steps:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to proceed with the alignment process.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to access necessary components.
4) Conduct a thorough inspection of the motor installation plane. Ensure it is free from any debris, dirt, or attachments that could compromise accuracy.
5) The motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolt size, facilitating convenient adjustments by loosening bolts as needed.
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready for seamless placement under the motor feet. Ensure they are devoid of attachments and exceptionally flat.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be procured by you (the customer).
8) Prepare the appropriate bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, with the probe placed on the exterior of the compressor's wheel hub.
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, ensure the compressor and motor center lines align closely. The outer circle's maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, then conduct a review of both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable precision.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section to complete the process.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are meticulously adjusted, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial mechanical operation, release and securely retighten them to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component. Any intrusion of solid or liquid elements can lead to irreversible damage. Hence, it's paramount to ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards.
Should any pipeline fall short of these standards, rectification is necessary. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that all relevant pipeline accessories are installed in accordance with the PI diagram. Remember, the pipelines must be supported independently by an external bracket, as the compressor body should not bear their weight.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and all its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully solidified to ensure stability, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test. This step is crucial to verify the flawless performance and reliability of your system, paving the way for efficient wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 For optimal setup, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is positioned within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To facilitate seamless connectivity, employ threading pipe to run the wiring underground, creating a clean and secure connection between the compressor and its electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is securely positioned, proceed to connect the wiring terminals inside the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust communication network for operational excellence.
