3.3.1 Begin by precisely positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. Complement this by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, facilitating the adjustment of the unit's level.
3.3.1 Continue by strategically alternating two wedge-shaped irons. After achieving the perfect level, ensure stability by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 critical points.
3.3.1 It's imperative that the wedge is custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for even inclined plane contact.
3.3.1 Note that the wedge iron should boast a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain perfect alignment. The unit's leveling requirements demand: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.2 Maintain these exacting standards to ensure optimal operational performance.
3.3.3 Meticulously center the coupling. Prior to beginning this alignment process, thoroughly verify the following essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off for safety.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the components for adjustment.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to allow for precise alignment.
4) Check and ensure the motor installation plane is perfectly flat, free from debris or unwanted materials.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing adjustments to be made easily by loosening the bolts.
6) Have ample flat stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's foot. Avoid using thin or elongated gaskets that could compromise stability.
7) Use a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, as procured by the customer.
8) Assemble a robust bracket capable of supporting the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to meticulously position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim.
10) Adjust the motor's foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Adhere to alignment instructions for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation should be between 0.03 to 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for accuracy.;
12) Finish by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After a trial mechanical operation, it's crucial to retighten them to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotations, prevent irreparable damage by ensuring solid or liquid intrusions are avoided. Inlet and outlet pipelines must be impeccably clean, adhering strictly to the system's steam corrosion specifications. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification, such as incorporating solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes meticulously, abiding by the PI diagram's specifications. Ensure pipelines remain independently supported, refraining from imposing their weight upon the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has fully solidified to ensure maximum stability, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal functionality. For enhanced safety and efficiency, ensure that the wiring journey from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is securely enclosed within threading pipes and routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to skillfully connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS to establish a seamless communication network.
