The core principle revolves around compressing the secondary steam produced by the evaporator with a steam compressor that exhibits exceptional energy efficiency. This process ingeniously converts electrical energy into thermal energy, which in turn elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature then allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats the materials, thereby inducing evaporation. This process brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, ensuring an eco-friendly and cost-effective energy cycle.

Installation Instructions

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Before beginning alignment, confirm these essential steps:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off for safety;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation surface is clean and free from debris, which is vital for precise alignment;
5) Motor bolt holes should be slightly larger than the bolts to allow for necessary adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are flat and free of contaminants. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which must be sourced by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket for dial indicator support, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator installation, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts at the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines, aiming for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm—keeping the motor shaft center slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center.

11) Once aligned, securely fasten the motor foot bolts, and verify the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section post-idle motor test to ensure operational integrity.
3.3.4 Following the precise alignment and leveling of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After an operational trial, retighten them to ensure sustained stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, critical for high-speed rotation, must remain free from foreign solids or liquids to avoid irreversible damage. Thus, ensure the cleanliness and adherence to steam corrosion standards of connected inlet and outlet pipelines.
For pipelines that don't meet specifications, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Connect import and export pipelines with relevant accessories as per the PI diagram, using supportive brackets to bear the pipeline's weight, separate from the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has fully cured, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical step ensures that all components are functioning harmoniously and efficiently, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius to ensure seamless integration. The wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet must be housed in threading pipes, safely routed underground for protection and durability. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the dedicated lines at the remote DCS, ensuring precise communication and control.
