It achieves this impressive feat by ingeniously harnessing the power of secondary steam energy that it generates. The core principle revolves around the transformation of secondary steam produced by the evaporator. This steam is then compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, artfully converting electrical energy into thermal energy. This process results in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Consequently, this transformed steam is channeled back to the evaporator, where it performs a dual function: heating the materials and instigating the evaporation process. This sophisticated cycle not only maximizes the latent heat of vaporization but also ensures a seamless recycling of secondary steam.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously designed to include a compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrumentation, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its architecture is a testament to modern design, boasting a compact structure that ensures ease of maintenance. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To begin with, the compressor base should be seamlessly placed onto its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure a perfectly level unit.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately for optimal stability. Once leveled, secure the irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points. Remember, the wedge should be
custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions at hand. Ensure that contact surfaces are finished to perfection, allowing for even contact on the inclined
plane. Note that the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired level. The unit's leveling specifications are: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm. Adhering to these specifications ensures optimal performance.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous attention. Before alignment, ensure:
1) Main power supply is switched off for safety;
2) The coupling shield is carefully removed;
3) Diaphragm coupling intermediate section is detached;
4) Motor installation plane is checked for evenness, free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Motor bolt hole is appropriately larger than the bolt size to allow loosening for motor adjustment;
6) Adequate stainless steel gaskets are prepared to support the motor foot. These gaskets must be clean, flat, and never long and thin to avoid improper adjustments;
7) A dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm is prepared by the customer for precision;
8) A sturdy bracket for the dial indicator is arranged, as depicted below;

9) Motor wheel hub mounting bracket is utilized for placing a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, with the probe on the compressor's hub outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Coupling end face should be 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then inspect the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for consistency;
12) After performing a motor idling test, reattach the coupling's intermediate section for completeness.
3.3.4 With the casing's levelness and alignment adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical or trial operation, it's crucial to re-loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component. Prevent any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to steam corrosion grades for connected pipelines. Rectification is mandatory for non-compliant pipelines. It is highly
suggested to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to ensure purity.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are fitted with necessary accessories per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines independently with another bracket, ensuring they are not burdened by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment are perfectly installed and the concrete has achieved full solidification, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that the system is ready for optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 To ensure seamless integration and superior control, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient distance of 5 meters from the unit itself. The intricate wiring between the compressor and its control cabinet should be meticulously connected using threading pipes that are securely placed underground. After accurately positioning the control cabinet, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS system, ensuring a flawless network of communication and control.
