3.3.1 Securely position the compressor base onto the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling.
Position the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld these irons at 4-5 points.
Craft and install the wedges tailored to specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface for even pressure distribution.

3.3.2 Utilize a precise level to achieve the unit's alignment. Strict leveling standards: axial deviation within 0.05/1000mm, horizontal deviation within 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Prior to coupling alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met for precise centering:
1) Disable the main power supply for ultimate safety;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Disassemble the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris and obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately larger than bolts to allow adjustment flexibility;
6) Use numerous stainless steel gaskets to support the motor, ensuring they are flat and pristine.
7) A dial indicator or laser alignment meter (precision of 0.01mm) is essential for accurate alignment;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) A motor hub mounting bracket facilitates the dial indicator's precise placement on the wheel hub's edge;
10) Calibrate using adjustment bolts around motor feet to align compressor and motor center lines, ensuring minimal deviation.
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then thoroughly inspect the coupling for any runout deviations.;
12) Reassemble the coupling's intermediate section post a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation, loosen and re-tighten for optimal stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed component, protect it from foreign matter. Ensure pipelines are pristine and comply with system corrosion standards. Install separation equipment where necessary.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, incorporating necessary accessories as per PI diagrams. Support these pipelines independently to prevent stress on the compressor.
3.3.7 Upon the flawless installation of the main fan and its ancillary equipment and after the concrete has reached its full solidification, it's time to proceed with the operational testing of the compressor. 3.3.8 For optimum efficiency and ease of maintenance, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Once the cabinet is securely in place, seamlessly connect its wiring terminals with the lines at the remote DCS to ensure seamless operation and control.
