The elevated temperature of the secondary steam then returns to the evaporator, heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. This remarkable process ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, thereby optimizing energy consumption and promoting sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by securely placing the integrally designed compressor base on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base for precise leveling adjustment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately under the unit. After achieving perfect level, spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points, ensuring stability and durability.
The user should manufacture and install these wedges according to specific circumstances, ensuring a smooth contact surface for even distribution of weight.
Please ensure that the inclined plane of the wedge offers even contact, and remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for exact leveling of the unit. The required unit levels are as follows: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these specifications are met to guarantee optimal operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Ensure all prerequisites are satisfied before proceeding with alignment:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to reveal the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for access;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are larger than the bolts for adjustment flexibility;
6) Have ample flat stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor feet, avoiding long and thin gaskets for adjustment purposes;
7) Precision tools such as a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy are essential;
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator, as shown in the reference figure;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge for precise measurements;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face;

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, recheck the outer circle runout, and end face runout to ensure alignment;;
12) Upon completion of the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section for final assembly.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, securely tighten all anchor bolts. After conducting mechanical operations or trials, loosen and retighten bolts to confirm stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller rotates at high speeds, preventing entry of solids or liquids is crucial to avoid irreversible compressor damage. Ensure all connected pipelines are clean and compatible with the system's steam corrosion grade. Any non-compliant pipeline must be modified.
Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Attach compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring they are fitted with the necessary pipeline accessories as indicated by the PI diagram. Each connected pipeline must be independently supported by a separate bracket to prevent undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the impressive main fan and its vital ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are ready to embark on the compressor operation test.
