3.3.1 To ensure a sturdy foundation for your Methanol Compressor with Advanced Power Frequency, place the compressor base securely on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims under the base to finely tune and adjust the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4~5 points to secure them. Remember, these wedges should be tailored and installed by the user based on your specific setup.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve impeccable leveling. The unit's axial level should meet the standard of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For coupling alignment, it is crucial that the following steps are meticulously followed:
1) Ensure safety by turning off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or dirt. Ensure it is spotless and smooth;
5) The motor's bolt hole should have clearance larger than the bolt size for easy adjustments;
6) Prepare robust, flat stainless steel gaskets for the motor's feet. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) at your disposal;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) The motor hub mounting bracket is essential for placing a dial indicator on the edge of the hub and placing a probe on the compressor hub's outer edge.
10) By carefully adjusting the motor foot bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of the outer circle at 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain a coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Once alignment is perfect, firmly tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck for any runout at the coupling.;
12) Install the coupling's intermediate section post motor idling test to finalize alignment.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment, secure the casing by tightening the anchor bolts. Post any mechanical or trial operations, it's crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed nature demands a pristine environment. Any foreign solid or liquid in the impeller risks damaging the compressor. It's imperative that all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any discrepancies require immediate rectification.For enhanced protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Securely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for installing essential pipeline accessories. Ensure all pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by a bracket, preventing undue weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting equipment are securely in place, and the concrete has completely set and hardened, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 Ensure that the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly positioned, meticulously link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines.
