By compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator, the system boosts both pressure and temperature. This rise in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, heating materials and triggering evaporation. This process skillfully recycles the latent heat of vaporization, optimizing energy use and elevating overall efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely on its foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims underneath for precise leveling, ensuring stability and performance.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to maintain stability. Once appropriately leveled, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions for optimal performance. The contact surfaces must be precisely finished for even and effective contact.
Ensure the wedge iron's bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain perfect leveling. The unit's axial level must be at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal operation.
The horizontal level of the unit should be maintained at 0.10/1000mm for peak efficiency.

3.3.3 Achieving precise coupling is crucial for seamless operation. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Verify motor installation plane flatness, free from debris, dirt, or other attachments.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy adjustments, achieving precise motor alignment.
6) Stock sufficient stainless steel gaskets to evenly support the motor's foot. Gaskets must be flat and free of debris, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for precise measurement, to be provided by the customer.
8) Have a sturdy bracket ready to support the dial indicator as shown in the accompanying diagram.

9) The motor hub mounting bracket is designed to mount the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maximum deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, and the motor shaft must be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts and reassess both the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once 'levelness' and alignment are achieved, fasten the anchor bolts. Post initial mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and then retighten these bolts for assurance.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates stringent protection against solid or liquid ingress, which can severely damage the compressor. Ensure all connecting pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the steam system's corrosion resistance standards. Rectification is mandatory for any non-compliant pipelines.
It is recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against contaminants.
3.3.6 Attach the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all pipeline accessories align with the PI diagram. The pipelines must be independently supported, without burdening the compressor body to maintain its integrity.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and its supporting equipment, and once the concrete has completely solidified, it is time to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures the seamless performance and reliability of your system.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor for optimal efficiency. Connect the compressor to the electric control cabinet by threading pipes underground for a neat and secure setup. Once the electric control cabinet is in its rightful place, ensure the wiring terminals are linked harmoniously with the remote DCS lines, guaranteeing flawless communication and control.
