The elevated temperature and pressure of the secondary steam are then seamlessly recycled back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing further evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Initiate the flawless installation of your compressor base by securely placing it on the foundation. Enhance precision with wedge-shaped shims positioned beneath to achieve perfect leveling. These essential tools not only stabilize but guarantee optimal performance by meticulously adjusting the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of these precision-engineered wedge-shaped irons, ensuring seamless leveling and then expertly secure them by spot welding at 4 to 5 strategic points. This meticulous approach not only stabilizes but enhances the integrity of the installation.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges should be tailored by you, the user, to meet your specific needs. Each contact surface must be flawlessly finished to achieve perfect contact on inclined planes, ensuring enduring stability and impeccable performance.
Importantly, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm to maintain the highest standards of operational safety and efficiency.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's perfect level. The stringent leveling requirements dictate that the axial level should maintain a precision of 0.05/1000mm, with the horizontal level adhering to an impeccable 0.10/1000mm.
This ensures the unit's operation is flawless, enhancing performance and longevity.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment by centering the coupling. Before commencing this critical process, ensure the following preparatory steps are meticulously followed:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety and prevent any electrical hazards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to allow unobstructed access for alignment purposes;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate precise alignment adjustments;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or foreign attachments that could compromise alignment accuracy;
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size to allow seamless loosening and adjustment, enhancing motor positioning flexibility;
6) Prepare a sufficient supply of pristine, stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be impeccably flat, devoid of any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments, as they may compromise stability;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter with an exceptional accuracy of 0.01mm, an essential tool users need to prepare;
8) Ready the essential bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure, for precision alignment;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to expertly position a dial indicator along the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the indicator probe accurately measures the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Skillfully fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving near-perfect linearity. The maximum permissible outer circle deviation is a precise 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line strategically positioned slightly above the compressor low-speed shaft center line for optimal operation. Meanwhile, maintain the coupling end face deviation within 0.03~0.05mm for impeccable performance;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then diligently review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to confirm precise alignment and superior functionality;;
12) Reassemble and install the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test to ensure seamless and efficient operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing are meticulously adjusted, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the compressor undergoes mechanical operation or trial operation, it is advisable to loosen and retighten the bolts to reinforce stability and integrity.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component, vulnerable to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Therefore, maintaining cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor is paramount. Ensure they meet the stringent steam corrosion grade requirements of the system. Pipelines falling short of these standards require immediate rectification.
It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to safeguard against potential damage.
3.3.6 For optimal functionality, carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all import and export pipelines are fitted with the appropriate accessories as depicted in the PI diagram. The pipelines connected to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, as their weight should not burden the compressor body, preserving its efficiency and longevity.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its essential auxiliary equipment, and once the concrete has been given ample time to fully solidify, you're ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures your compressor is primed for peak performance.
3.3.8 For optimal proximity, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is situated within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet should be securely made using a threading pipe, carefully routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, establish a robust connection by linking the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
