This elevated temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, triggering further evaporation. This cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, exemplifying an advanced method of energy conservation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be centrally placed on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to level the unit, ensuring precision.
Position the wedge-shaped irons in an alternating manner. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, spot weld the irons at four to five points for stability. These wedges should be
crafted and fitted by the user according to specific site conditions. The contact surface necessitates a refined finish for even contact on the inclined plane.
Ensure the wedge iron's load does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Leveling precision is paramount. Use a level to achieve the required standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling. Before aligning, confirm these preliminary steps:
1) Disconnect the main power source;
2) Detach the coupling shield to access components;
3) Take out the diaphragm coupling's intermediate part;
4) Verify the motor's installation surface for cleanliness and absence of debris;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts to allow for adjustments;
6) Keep ample stainless steel gaskets ready for motor footing; these should be free from debris and uniformly flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a precision dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the hub's edge, probing the compressor's hub edge for precise measurements;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the motor and compressor center lines. Ensure the compressor's low-speed shaft center line is slightly lower than the motor's, with an outer circle deviation max of 0.05mm and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 After securing both the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trials, loosen and retighten the bolts for renewed stability.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotating entity, the ingress of any solid or liquid can significantly damage the compressor irreversibly. It is critical to ensure the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines that connect to the compressor, fulfilling the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any non-compliant pipelines need immediate rectification. It is recommended
to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe for added protection.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipelines must be equipped with suitable pipeline accessories as indicated in the PI diagram. Ensure that the compressor body is not bearing the weight of the pipelines; they should instead rest on an independent bracket for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all associated equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete base has achieved complete solidification, it is time to execute the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures the reliable and efficient performance of your system.
3.3.8 For optimal installation, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically placed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is seamlessly connected using an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
