3.3.2 For precision, employ a level to attain exact leveling. The meticulous leveling of the unit demands an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and an uncompromised horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection with precise centering. Before initiating alignment, confirm these essential prerequisites:
1) Safely deactivate the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section, laying the groundwork for perfect alignment;
4) Examine the motor installation plane to ensure it is pristine, free of debris and obstructions for flawless flatness;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, facilitating smooth adjustments;
6) Ready an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are impeccably flat and devoid of contaminants. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, prepared specifically for this task;
8) Arrange a secure bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated in the accompanying figure;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator accurately, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts encircling the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line, maintaining a negligible maximum deviation of 0.05mm;
11) With utmost care, tighten the motor foot bolts, then recheck for perfect outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;;
12) Following a successful motor idle test, seamlessly install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post adjustment, carefully secure the casing by tightening the anchor bolts. After an initial operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee steadfast stability.

Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and align with the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo correction. 3.3.6 Elegantly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing relevant pipeline accessories. The pipelines should have independent support structures to avoid imposing their weight on the compressor body for optimal longevity and reliability.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, it's time to embark on an exciting new phase: the compressor operation test can now be initiated. This pivotal step ensures that every component is performing optimally, paving the way for efficient operations.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The crucial connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be expertly achieved using threading pipes, meticulously placed underground to avoid any disruptions. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, it is essential to connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless and uninterrupted flow of operations.
