3.3.1 To ensure a seamless foundation for the High-Performance Watervapour Compressor, place the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Carefully insert wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at 4 to 5 points. These wedges, tailored to your specifications, guarantee a smooth, even contact.
Make sure the manufactured wedges meet your specific conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for even distribution of load across the inclined plane.
Remember, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve unparalleled precision using a level to establish the unit's ideal leveling. Ensure the axial level is meticulously set at 0.05/1000mm, and the horizontal level precision at 0.10/1000mm.
These specifications are crucial for optimal functionality and efficiency.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is an art. Before you begin, adhere to the following prerequisites for a flawless alignment:
1) Begin by safely turning off the main power supply, ensuring all operations are conducted securely.
2) Next, remove the coupling shield to access the vital components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to allow unobstructed alignment.
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, ensuring it's impeccably clean before proceeding.
5) The motor bolt hole must be suitably larger than the bolt itself, allowing for easy adjustments during the motor setup.
6) Have an ample supply of flat, stainless steel gaskets ready to cover the motor's feet. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that may hinder precise adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision, which you should have prepared in advance.
8) Ready the support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to secure a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, ensuring precise readings on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center line, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm with a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Once alignment is achieved, meticulously tighten the motor foot bolts, verifying outer circle and end face runouts for impeccable performance.;
12) With the motor setup verified through an idling test, confidently install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-alignment, securely tighten the anchor bolts after adjusting the casing's 'levelness'. Post-operation, revisit and retighten the bolts to ensure ongoing stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, requires a pristine environment. Any foreign solid or liquid can cause irreparable harm, hence ensuring the cleanliness of inlet and outlet pipelines is paramount. They must adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Should any pipeline not meet these standards, immediate rectification is advised.
For enhanced protection, consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 When installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for optimal setup. All connected pipelines should be independently supported by brackets, never relying on the compressor body for support, to maintain structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supportive equipment are superbly installed and the concrete foundation has reached perfect solidity, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal moment where precision meets performance, ensuring every component is functioning at its peak efficiency.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet is optimally positioned within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself, ensuring seamless integration. The wiring, encased in robust threading pipe, should be discreetly routed underground, offering both protection and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a flawless communication pathway.
